CaleoPT Tirta Investama — Cianjur plant
The Cianjur plant ran six 40-bar compressors independently of one another. AirLeader synchronises all six, turning uncoordinated running time into measurable electricity savings.
CaleoPT AirProducts — Titan site
AirProducts planned to replace a 20-year-old argon compressor outright. SIAD offered a base upgrade instead: the existing compressor base stays, the performance does not.
CaleoPT Akasha Wira International — Cibinong & Sengon sites
Nestlé Water runs two 40-bar compressors at each plant. We modelled air demand at both sites and installed AirLeader to capture the savings already sitting inside their existing setup.
CaleoPT Tirtamas Lestari — Pandaan site
Tirtamas Lestari wanted more efficiency from the same free air delivery. Replacing boosters with HP compressors cut consumption from 200 kWh to 81 kWh for identical output.
CaleoPT Berlina — Bali
Berlina needed more compressor capacity without buying a new machine. We installed a larger motor and modified the unit, lifting its capacity by 75 per cent.
CaleoPT Panjang Jiwo — Jakarta
Reworked bottles were not matching main-line cap quality. A semi-automatic capper brought the rework line up to the same standard as full production.
CaleoPT Hasil Raya Industry — Pandaan
Installation and ongoing maintenance of a SIAD 970 compressor as part of the plant's energy saving programme.
CaleoKura-Kura Brewery, Plaga — Bali (PT Tri Hita Citra Persada)
Installation of a tunnel pasteuriser and conveyor system for the canning line, integrated into a working brewery without stopping production.

Commissioning ran during COVID, with travel closed. PT SBT carried the line on site while CFT Italy supported remotely through Teleservice and Google Glass.
